绝经后妇女雌激素缺乏与糖代谢关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨绝经后妇女性激素变化与糖代谢的关系。方法测定15例绝经前健康育龄行经妇女(A组)及23例绝经后健康妇女(B组)的雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及血糖(G)、胰岛素(INS)并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果绝经后妇女E2、ISI较绝经前妇女明显降低 ,而G及INS水平明显升高。线性相关分析显示 ,绝经后妇女E2 与ISI呈显著正相关 ,而与G、INS呈显著负相关。结论绝经后妇女存在胰岛素抵抗和糖耐量减退 。 Objective To study the relationship between the changes of sex hormone and glucose metabolism in postmenopausal women. Methods 15 healthy premenopausal women(group A) and 23 healthy postmenopausal women(group B) were selected to compare the serum levels of estradiol(E2), progesterone(P), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), plasma glucose(G), insulin(INS) and insulin sensitivity indexes(ISI) was calculated. Results Analysis of variance revealed that serum levels of G?INS were significantly higher while E2 and ISI lower in group A than that in group B. Correlation analysis showed that serum E2 level was negatively correlated with serum G?INS levels, but positively correlated with ISI. Conclusion The decrease of estrogen level can induce the insulin resistance and the deterioration in glucose tolerance in postmenopausal women.
