摘要
目的研究肿瘤并发糖尿病时的相互关系。方法就我院近年来收住的恶性肿瘤病人中并发糖尿病的病例加以分析。结果恶性肿瘤并发糖尿病的机理可能有 :①肿瘤异质性 ;②肿瘤分泌异位激素 ;③肿瘤破坏胰岛B细胞 ;④内分泌系统功能亢进。结论①恶性肿瘤可并发糖尿病 ,对高龄不明原因血糖升高者要警惕有患肿瘤可能 ;②在合并有糖尿病的肿瘤病人治疗过程中 。
Objective To study the cancer and its relationship to complications of diabetes. Methods To analyze the cases of cancer comlpicating diabetes in our hospitals in recent years. Results The possibility of mechanism of cancer complicating diabetes are: ①Heterogeneity of tumors; ②Tumor producing Ectopic hormone; ③The cancer destroying B islet cells; ④Hyperactivity of endocrine system. Conclusion ①The cancer possibly complicate diabetes, looking out there is the possibility of cancer especially to elders whose plasma glucose rising unreasonably; ②During the treatment of these patients who have cancer complicating diabetes, bad prognosis must be precautioned if their plasma glucose are not unsatisfactorily controled.
