摘要
研究了用磺基水杨酸显色 ,差示分光光度法测定不同含量铁的方法 .在 pH 1.80— 3.0 0的缓冲介质中 ,铁与磺基水杨酸生成紫红色络合物 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε4 90 为 1.7×10 3L·mol- 1·cm- 1,铁含量在 4 .0 0— 2 8.0 0mg·L- 1(或 16.0 0— 4 0 .0 0mg·L- 1)范围内符合比耳定律 .该法简便快速 ,选择性好 ,准确度高 ,测定范围广 ,适用于地质样、钢样中常量特别是高含量铁的测定 .
In this paper,different content iron are determined by using sulfosalicylic acid.In the pH 1.80—3.00 buffer solution,iron and sulfosalicylic acid can form purplish red complexes,and its apparent molar absorption coefficient ε 490 is 1.70×10 3?L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beers law is obeyed for the content of iron in the range of 4.00—28.00?mg·L -1 (or 16.00—40.00?mg·L -1 ).The method is simple,rapid and alternative.Its degree of accuracy is high and scope of determination is wide.The method is suitable for macro iron,especially high content iron determination in the geological sample and steel sample.
