摘要
用弃G因子鲎试剂检测维脑路通注射液中的细菌内毒素 .取维脑路能注射液用 10倍稀释液将细菌内毒素工作标准品配制成为 1 0 ,0 5 ,0 2 5 ,0 12 5EU/ml的稀释液 ,再与弃G因子鲎试剂反应 .结果灵敏度为 0 5～ 2 0λb,维脑路通注射液 10倍稀释液对灵敏度为 0 5EU/ml的弃G因子鲎试剂无干扰 。
The bacterial endotoxin in venoruton injection tested by tachypleas tnebocyte lysate(TAL)of discard G factor.Dilutee the bacterial endotoxinto were compound 1.0,0,0.5,0.25,0.125 EU/ml with venoruton injection's 1:10 didinution,The sensitivity varied form 0 5 λ b to 2 0 λ b.The venoruton injection's 1∶10 dilution has no effect on that the sensitivits of TAL of discard G factor is 0 5 EU/ml
