摘要
目的 观察补气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 78例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 36例 ,予中药补气活血汤 ,日 1剂 ,水煎分 2次服 ;对照组 4 2例 ,予西药鲁南心康 2 0mg加入 5 0 0ml极化液中静脉点滴 ,每日 2次。 2组均 15日为 1个疗程。心绞痛发作时均给予舌下含服硝酸甘油 ,高血压者均常规给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗。结果 2组心绞痛、心电图总有效率分别为 80 .5 6 %和 85 .7%、6 3.8%和 6 6 .6 7% ,2组比较心电图、心绞痛疗效均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2组治疗前后血液流变学变化和血脂变化差异显著 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中药补气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buqihuoxue decoction on angina pectoris with coronary heart disease. Methods 78 patients with angina pectoris with coronary heart disease were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=36) Buqihuoxue decoction was utilized and in control group (n=42) routine medicine was carried on, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment of angina pectoris and improve of ECG were not significantly higher in treatment group (80.56%, 85.7%) compared with those in control group (63.8%, 66.67%,P>0.05). But change of hemorrheology and blood lipid before and after treatment in treatment group was higher than those in control group. Conclusions Buqihuoxue decoction has a definite effect on angina pectoris with coronary heart disease.
