摘要
目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输 (UBIO)治疗白塞氏综合征 (BS)的作用、疗效及机制。方法 动态观察 2 1例BS患者UBIO治疗前后CD3 、CD4 、CD8、IgG、IgA、IgM、C3 及粘附分子(CD4 4)变化 ,以药物治疗 10例BS患者为药物对照组 ,并作疗效比较。结果 UBIO前BS患者的CD3 、CD4 、CD8、IgG、IgA、IgM、C3 均显著低于健康人群 ,经UBIO作用后上述指标发生了显著性变化。总有效率UBIO组为 95 % (2 0 / 2 1) ,药物组为 70 % (7/ 10 )。结论 BS患者存在着体液及细胞免疫功能失调 。
Objective The purpose of this paper was to study the effect and mechanism of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(HBO) on Behcet's syndrome(BS) patients.Methods 21 cases with HS were treated with UBIO.10 BS patients were treated by medications as drug group.Another 10 normal blood donors were as normal control group.Before and after treatment,the immune indexes including CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3 and adhsion molecule CD 44 were dynamically observed.Results Before UBIO treatment,levels of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,IgG,IgA,IgM and C 3 all were markedly lower than those of normal control group,only CD 44 higher than that of normal subjects.After UBIO,the parameters as mentioned above were obviously changed.Conclusion It is known that BS patients present the disturbance of body fluid and immune function.While it is proved that UBIO can regular the immune function and adhesion molecule resulting in improvement of symptoms
