摘要
目的 比较前列腺增生症治疗的两种术式的术后常见并发症及原因。方法 对 1989～2 0 0 0年 3 95例有症状的前列腺增生 (BPH )患者行经膀胱前列腺切除术 (TVP)及经尿道电切术 (TURP)。平均年龄 68岁 ,术后随访 1～ 10年。结果 TVP组 10 4例 ,发生并发症 41例 (4 0 % ) ,TURP组 2 91例 ,发生并发症 5 3例 (18% )。结论 TVP组并发症明显高于TURP组 。
Objective To review the common post operative complications and the causes of the two surgical treatments for prostate hyperplasia and to make a comparative study.Methods 395 cases of symptomatic benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) during the same period of 1989～2000 were treated with either suprapublic transvesical prostatectomy(TVP) or transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP). The average age of the patients was 68. All of them were followed up post operatively for 1～10 years.Results No death occurred among all the patients.Among the 104 cases of TVPgroup,41 cases had complications(40%).Among the 291 cases of TURP group,53 cases had complications(18%). Conclusion There were significantly more complications in the TVP group than in the TURP group. But incidence of post operative dysuria was much less in the TVP group than in the TURP group.
