摘要
目的 比较脊柱多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与单层螺旋CT(SSCT)图像质量的差异 ,探讨MSCT在脊柱病变检查中的应用价值。材料与方法 选择分别行MSCT和SSCT扫描的腰椎退行性病变者各 10例进行图像质量比较。应用LightSpeedQX/i型MSCT检查和诊断 3 1例脊椎病者。结果 在相同扫描条件下 ,腰椎MSCT图像质量明显优于SSCT ,MSCT所需扫描时间明显短于SSCT(均为P <0 .0 5 )。MSCT可为 3 1例脊椎病患者的临床诊断提供更多信息。结论 MSCT在脊柱病变检查中具有明显优势。
Objective To compare the spinal image quality of multislice CT (MSCT) with that of singleslice spiral CT (SSCT), and to evaluate multislice CT in the diagnosis of spinal diseases.Materials and Methods Spiral CT findings in 20 cases (10 cases with MSCT and another 10 cases with SSCT) with lumbar vertebral degenerative diseases were reviewed and the image quality was compared between two groups.Results The lumbar vertebral image quality of MSCT was better than that of SSCT. In addition, MSCT provided more information useful for making diagnosis. Conclusion MSCT is very helpful for the diagnosis of spinal diseases.
