重症监护病房应用临床信息系统的经验

摘要 临床信息系统是一个计算机化的病人资料整理记录的工具。 1998年 2月 ,广华医院成人重症监护病房 18张病床开始安装、斯用临床信息系统 ,目的是提高医疗护理的质量。至翌年 2月全面使用 ,期间划分为 3个阶段 ,每一阶段完成后都向各护理人员进行问卷调查。结果显示 ,全部护理人员认为新系统能减省文书记录的时间 ,节省的时间可用于护理工作 ,病人资料能系统性地展示 ,亦有助于确定护理决策。综观整体临床信息系统建立的过程 ,全部的医护人员都能用正面乐观的态度面对 。
