35t·h^(-1)煤泥流化床锅炉对流管束泄漏原因探讨与对策

摘要 介绍了兴隆庄热电厂采用的NG-35/3.82-M5型燃用高水份劣质煤泥流化床蒸汽锅炉的基本情况,并针对锅炉运行中出现的对流管束泄漏现象进行了研究和分析,提出了使用异型耐火砖堆砌炉墙的改进方案。该措施成功地用于改善了对流管束的工作状态,防止了管束的泄漏问题。取得的成果为该类型锅炉的技术改进提供了切实可行的措施。 This paper presented the basic information for the NG-35/39-M5 fluidiz ed-bed boiler installed in XingLongZhuang thermal power plant in Shandong Province, whi ch fired poor-grade coal slurry with high water content. The leakage problem of the conve ction tube banks, which came to light during operation, was analyzed, and solutions for imp rovement were presented. Using special bricks to build the baffle wall would improve the air-tightness of it and thus the operating conditions of the convection tube banks significant ly. Therefore, the leakage problem could be avoided.
