我国能源动力系统尤其是电站锅炉燃用大量高灰煤 ,致使系统尾部受热面严重积灰 ,影响锅炉的效率和出力。中国科学院力学研究所采用了可燃气体快速燃烧 ,产生燃气脉冲清除积灰的原理 ,研究发展了一种适用于我国大型电站锅炉的新一代除灰技术。目前 ,燃烧气脉冲除灰技术已在全国几十台 1 2 5MW~60 0 MW机组上获得成功应用。图 9参
Serious fouling problems often exist in our country's power systems, especially in utility boilers due to a large amount of high ash coal burned, resulting in reduction of output and boiler efficiency. According to the principle of gas pulse produced by high speed combustion of combustible gas, a new generation of ash cleaning technology, which is suitable for large scale utility boilers, has been developed by the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Up to now, the combustion gas pulse ash cleaning technology has been successfully used in scores of 125~600MW generating sets, and plays a significant role in technical progress of the utility boiler.
