摘要
本文介绍一种新型光纤叶轮流速传感器 ,它可以测量高温、低流速气体 ,测量范围为 2~15m/s,误差为 0 1m/s。该传感器与同类叶轮流速计相比 ,有信号可远距离传送 ,精度高 ,体积小 ,结构简单等特点 ,适用于大磁场、高温度、空间狭窄等环境的测量。
This paper presents a new type of the fiber impeller sensor,which can measure the gas velocity ranged from 2m/s to 15m/s with a error of less than 0.1m/s at high temperature.Compared with other sensors of the same kinds,the sensor is more simple and smaller and the signal of which is more precise and can be transmitted to a longer distance.Therefore,the sensor is suitable to be used at a serious magnetic field,or at the high temperature,or at a limited space.
