摘要
依照有关规定 ,以全省 5 0条取得综合治理效益的小流域统计数据为基础 ,结合浙江省小流域综合治理的实践 ,探讨了小流域综合治理各项效益的计算方法 ,并通过对小流域综合治理项目的国民经济评价及效益分析 。
The computational method for the comprehensive harness benefits of the small watershed is discussed on the basis of the statistical data of fifty small watersheds,which have been obtained the comprehensive harness benefits in Zhejiang.The action and position of the small watershed comprehensive harness in the national economy are reflected through the national economy appraise and the benefit analysis of the small watershed comprehensive harness items.
