摘要
大型抽水蓄能电站不仅机组容量大、起停频繁、运行工况多 ,而且设备造价昂贵 ,因而对电站的继电保护设计提出了更多、更高的要求。目前国内有关规程还未对抽水蓄能电站的继电保护配置作出明确的规定 ,因此天荒坪抽水蓄能电站的继电保护配置 ,只能根据电站自身的特点并结合相关规程及本着加强主保护、简化后备保护的原则进行 ;为提高可靠性、便于维修和主保护双重化的要求 ,保护分成两个独立的系统配置 ,并经过优选采用了奥地利ELIN公司生产的数字化。
The large scale pumped storage power plant not only has big installed capacity, frequent starting or stopping, and complex operation conditions, but also its equipment is expensive, so that the design of protective relay device of the plant needs higher standards. At present, the relevant domestic rules and regulations have no clear stipulation on the protective relay device of pumped storage power plant. Therefore the protective relay device for the Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant is designed only in accordance with its characteristics, relevant rules and regulations, and the principles of strengthening main protective equipment and simplifying backup protections. The protective relay device is divided into two independent systems. The design of protective relay device of Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant involves in three parts, that is, 500 kV system, power generator and main transformer, and station service power system. This paper describes with emphasis the protective device of power generator and main transformer, and the problems encountered in the debugging and start up operation of such device.
