天荒坪抽水蓄能电站“3.29”滑坡处理工程设计

摘要 天荒坪抽水蓄能电站下水库左岸上游 430m处 ,于 1996年 3月 2 9日发生了“3 2 9”滑坡 ,滑坡体方量约 30万m3。通过对该滑坡范围内工程地质、生成条件及稳定性研究 ,工程采用了“削头”减载、强化排水为主 ,支护加固、监测预警等为辅的综合处理方案。在 1997年 8月中旬开挖减载量达到近设计要求的一半时 ,遇 11号台风带来的集中大强度暴雨考验 ,1998~ 2 0 0 0年经 3年的运行 ,“3 2 9” The 3.29 landslide, 430m upstream from the left bank of the lower reservoir of Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant, was occurred in March 29, 1996. The volume of the landslide body is about 0.30 million cubic meters. According to the study on the engineering geology, produce conditions and stability of the landslide body, a comprehensive treatment scheme was adopted, that is, taking whittling its head to reduce the load and strengthening drainage as the main, concurrently with the support, reinforcement, monitoring and pre warning measures. Up to the middle of August 1997 when the excavation volume for reducing load almost reached a half of the designed value, No.11 typhoon with a strong intensity rainfall occurred but no landslide happened. After the landslide treatment, there is no abnormal sign in the scope of 3.29 landslide treatment project.
