摘要
分别就评分指标设置与指标权重、评委成员组成、评委个人责任、畸高畸低打分的消除、评标专家劳务补偿等五个方面探讨了在我国有及公有投资工程招标评标过程中提高专家打分信度与效度的措施 ,同时指出了我国现行《招标投标法》中的某些尚不完善之处。
