白细胞介素2的临床应用研究进展

摘要基因工程白细胞介素2(rIL-2)的问世推动了IL-2的临床应用研究。本文介绍了白细胞介素2(IL-2)的药物动力学与副作用、给药方式和临床应用、尤其是对肿瘤和免疫缺陷性疾病的效果。但是IL-2的临床应用尚属研究阶段,在广泛应用于临床之前,尚有很多问题有待解决。
