摘要
文章对市场化的网上大学运行机制提出建议 :扩大网上大学的市场活动空间 ;为网上大学教育创造外部环境 ;鼓励社会力量投资网上大学教育 ;建立开放式的网上大学运行机制。
Suggestions to the esbablishment of a market-oriented operating mechanism for online universities are given in the article:enlarge the market activity sphere for the online universities;create external emvironment for online university education;encourage the investment on online university education from public organizations;establish an open operating mechanism for online universities.
