摘要
构建科学的公共支出预算体系 ,目前应在体现公平与效率原则的基础上 ,体现政府职能需要的同时 ,建立法制化的有关维持支出、转移支出、公共工程支出等公共支出预算体系。在构建的具体过程中应注意相关的问题 。
The article disscusses the establishment of scientific public expenditure budget system and also analyses the relevant problems to be paid attention to in the concreteprocess of the establishment.
