摘要
目的 分析全髁型膝关节表面置换的近期疗效及并发症。方法 对 3 0例全髁型膝关节表面置换的患者进行随访 ,平均随访时间 18个月。结果 术后 18个月屈膝平均达 110° ,伸直 0° ,HSS评分术前平均 3 5分 ,术后平均为优良以上占 97% ,无一例发生严重的并发症。结论 全髁型膝关节表面置换是目前治疗晚期膝关节骨关节炎。
Objective To analyze the early curative results and complications of 30 cases of total knee replacement. Methods 30 cases of the total knee replacements were followed up for 18 months on average. Results The average range of flexor motion was 0°～110° and the knee joint was stable. The average preoperative HSS score was 35 points,75 points on average after operation. There was no severe complications after operation. Conclusion The total knee replacement is the best alternative treatment for the advanced degenerative arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis of knee joint.
