心室除极产生体表电势的推导方法

摘要 目的 由心室除极产生体表电势的新计算方法。方法 直接从心室除极开始 ,用电动力学和解轴对称势边值问题的一般原理以及近似理论推导出心室除极产生的体表电势。结果 新的计算方法比传统的计算方法更准确阐述了体表电势产生的原因。 Objective To get a new calculating measurement of cardiac potential on body surface produced by depolarization of ventricle. Method With electric mechanics and the general principle and similar theories dealing with the edge number of axial symmetry, the cardiac potential on body surface produced by depolarization of ventricle was deduced. Results The new measurement calculated more accurately than the traditional ways about the cause of cardiac potential on body surface . Conclusion A new method is found of calculating the cardiac electric potential on body surface produced by polarization of ventricle.
