摘要
目的 观察丝光绿蝇室内种群的性比特征。方法 采用两种饲料分别对丝光绿蝇进行室内连续饲养 ,对其中第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ代性比进行观察。结果 除第Ⅴ代鱼粉组外 ,各组试验雄虫数多于雌虫数 ;各代雄性与雌性之比平均值鱼粉组为 1.0 4± 0 .11,麦麸组为 1.31± 0 .14,两组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To observate the sex rate of Lucilia sericata reared inside room. Methods The blowfly were divided into two groups and reared with two diets in laboratory respectively, the sex rates of generation Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ were observated.Results More males were found in the two groups except for generation Ⅴ reared with fish meal,the ratio of the male to female in every generation presented obvious difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The mean generation sex rate was 1.04±0.11 in fish meal group and 1.31±0.14 in wheat bran group. Conclusion The population of the Lucillia sericata reared in door would have more male individuals.
