摘要
目的制备壳聚糖碘溶液,并检测其体外抗真菌性能.方法以低分子壳聚糖为载体与碘络合,通过紫外、红外光谱测定其化学结构;采用RPMI 1640培养基稀释法测定壳聚糖碘液的最小杀菌与抑菌浓度.结果壳聚糖与碘形成了一种水溶性络合物--壳聚糖碘,且对几种常见真菌的最小杀菌与抑菌浓度达到1∶64以上.结论壳聚糖碘液具有良好的抗真菌作用,可开发成一种新型的抗真菌药物.
Purpose:To prepare iodine-chitosan solution and determine its antifungal activity in vitro. Methods:Iodine-chitosan was synthesized from low-molecular chitosan and iodine,and its structure was identified by UV、 IR spectroscopy. The minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of iodine-chitosan solution were determined with RPMI 1640 culture media dilution method. Results: Chitosan and iodine formed a water soluble complex,of which MBC and MIC amounted to 1∶64 concerning several common fungi.Conclusion:Iodine chitosan solution has good antifungal activity and could be developed into a new antifungal drug.
