摘要
目的:探讨跌打接骨片对实验性骨折愈合的影响。方法:将56只 8月龄新西兰大白兔随机分为模型组、跌打接骨片高剂量组、跌打接骨片低剂量组和伤科接骨片对照组 4组,每组 14只,所有家兔均行双侧挠骨骨缺损手术。术后第 2天开始给药,连续用药王术后第 22天和 42天时处死动物,测定桡骨骨折端的骨组织形态计量学指标。结果:用药22天时,跌打接骨片高、低剂量组和伤科接骨片组的矿化骨痴面积、骨质面积、活性成骨面%及成骨细胞指数值均大于模型组(P<0.05),而矿化表面积则小于模型组(P<0.05)。用药42天时,上述3组的成骨细胞活性和矿化延迟时间则分别大于和短于模型组,而其他骨计量动力学参数值则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:跌打接骨片能明显促进家兔骨折愈合。
Objective: To explore the influence of Dieda Jiegu Tablet (DJT) on the healing of experi mental fracture. Methods: Fifty- six New Zealand rabbits aged 8 months were allocated to 4 groups randomly. Group A and Group B were treated with high and low dose of DJT respectively, Group C with Shangke Jiegu Tablet and Group D served as the model control group. The rabbits were medicated in the second day after operation. Histomorphometric indexes of the radius fracture - end were determined after 20 - day treatment and 40 - day treatment respectively. Results: Callus mineraliza tion area, bone area, active osteogenic zone and the osteoblast parameter in Group A, Group B and Group C after 20-day treatment were higher than those in Group D, and mineralization surface area was lower than that in Grousp D. After 40 - day treatment, the activity of osteoblast was still higher and the mineralization rate was lower than those in Group D and no significant differences were found in the other histomorphometric indexes. Conclusion: DJT can accelerate the healing of fracture.
