摘要
通过 4 ,5-二硫基 -1 ,3 -二硫杂戊烯 -2 -硫酮 (DMIT)的钠盐与 2 ,3 -二溴 -1 ,4 -丁二醇的反应成功的合成了题目化合物。比较了 DMIT钠盐与 DMIT锌配合物 (DMIT) 2 Zn(NBu4 ) 2 的亲核反应能力 ,讨论了反应时间、反应温度、碱的用量等条件对反应的影响。并用 IR、1HNMR、MS对目标化合物进行了表征。
In this paper,4,5 dimercapto 1,3 dithiole 2 thione(DMIT)derivative has been synthesized by the reaction of Na 2DMIT and 2,3 dibromo 1,4 butanediol.The reaction activity of Na 2DMIT is compared with bis(tetrabutylammonium) bis(1,3 dithiole 2 thione 4,5 dithiola to) zincate.The reaction conditions are discussed,and the compound is characterized by IR, 1HNMR and MS spectra.
