摘要
光色谱是近年来发展起来的利用辐射力和介质流体分离粒子的新技术 ,在分离和测定粒子大小及生物化学研究中有较大的应用潜力。本文对光色谱的理论。
Optical chromatography is a new separation and determination technique of particales. It has great potential value in the separation and determination of particales. The development, basic theory and application of optical chromatography are reviewed in this paper.
