摘要
根据MAT 2 62质谱计的性能和U、Th同位素特征 ,本文探讨了热电离质谱铀系法测定中所遇到的难点 ,提出相应的对策 ,指导设计MAT 2
According to the ability of MAT 262 mass spectrometer and the characteristics of U and Th isotopes,the article studies the problems in measuring U and Th of uranium series dating technique,e.g.huge differences in U and Th natural abundance,fractionation effects,big peak trailer and external U and Th from spikes,and proposes suitable solutions by devising formulae in experiments on MAT 262 spectrometer.
