ZA-5氨合成催化剂床层传热参数的测定与应用 被引量:2

Experimental Measurement and Application of Fixed-Bed Heat Transfer Parameters of ZA-5 Ammonia Synthesis Catalyst

摘要 在一可同时测量多个截面温度分布的实验装置上测定了ZA 5无定形氨合成催化剂填充床内的二维温度分布。采用正交配置法求解拟均相二维传热数学模型 ,获得了床层的径向有效导热系数和壁给热系数 ,将其与雷诺数关联得到了可在实验条件范围内使用的经验关联式。所得关联式应用于三套管连续换热式氨合成塔的模拟计算 ,得到该反应器在工业条件下使用该催化剂的轴。 The two dimension temperature profiles of fixed bed packed with ammonia synthesis catalyst were measured. The effective radial thermal conductivity and wall heat transfer coefficient have attained by applying the orthogonal collocation method in estimation of a two dimension pseudo homogeneous heat transfer model, and the correlations with respect to the Reynolds numbers Re p have been gained. The obtained correlations are applied to the simulation of Ammonia Catalytic Bed with Triple Tube and Internal Heat Exchanger and the temperature and concentration profiles both in radical and axial directions are numerically caculated.
