摘要
用毛管柱气相色谱法测定人参中痕量五氯硝基苯。样品用丙酮—石油醚(1:4V/V)萃取,硫酸净化,K—D浓缩后用25×φ0.2mm的SE—52毛管柱GC测定,ECD检出限为4.7×10^(-13)g(PCNB)。该法用于分析0.010~0.40ppm五氯硝基苯的人参样品,方法回收率为84~103%;标准差为2.8×10^(-3)~3.7×10^(-2);变异系数为4.8~10.3%。
A capillary column gas chromatographic procedure is studied for determinating trace amounts of PCNB in Ginseng. The samples are extracted with acetone-petroleum ether (1: 4v/v) , puri-tied by sulfonation with sulfric acid, and concentrated with a micro K-D flask. A 25 m SE , -52 capillary column is used for GC determination and the detection limit of BCD is 4. 7 , 10'13g (PCNB). The methods has been used to analyze the samples of Ginseng fortified with varying amounts of PCNB in the range of 0. 010-0. 40ppm. Recoveries, standard deviation, and variation coefficient averaged from 84-103% , 0. 0023-0. 037, and 4. 8-10. 3% , respectively.
