摘要
“复方生血灵”中硫酸亚铁在兔体内药代动力学结果,给药后0.5h血中Fe^(++)的含量为37.4280+11.4637μg/ml;Tmax为3.7398±1.1911h;Cmax为53.7259±13.4949μg/ml;Ka为0.4123±0.0698h^(-1)t1/2Ka为1.7491±0.2023h;t1/2Ke为4.5718±1.2084h;Va为0.8325±0.0963L/kg。经X^2检验P>0.05,实测值与理论值差异不显著,拟合度较高。
The results of the pharmacokinetic effect of ferrous sulfate in the blood rebbits 0. 5 hour after taking the compound blood capsule were as following. Fez+ was 37. 43+11. 64ug/ml, Tmax 3. 74+1.91 h, Cmax 53. 73+13. 49ug/ml? Ka was 0. 41+0. 07 h-1; tl/2ka 1. 75+0. 20 h, tl/2Kl 4. 57+1. 21 ht Vd was 0. 83+ 0. lOL/Kg. There was no significent different between practical and theoretical mean(p>0. 05) with X2 test. And therefore the coincident rate was very high.
