摘要
以四种取代基不同的桥联茂金属作为乙烯共聚催化剂 ,以Ti(OR) 4为二聚催化剂组成双功能原位聚合催化剂体系 ,在同一反应釜中 ,乙烯为唯一聚合单体 ,以阳离子助剂B(C6 F5 ) 3为唯一助催化剂 ,原位制备LLDPE .该聚合体系催化剂活性高、单体插入率高、得到的聚合物为熔点低。
Polymeriztion of linear low density polyethylene ( LLDPE) using a dual functional catalytic system containing different kinds of Metallocene /AlEt3/B(C6F5)(3) as copolymerization catalysts and Ti(On-Bu)(4)/AlEt3 as the ethylene dimerization catalyst was studied. Using the single cocatalyst AlEt3 in the catalytic system,it is easy to overcome the shortcoming of interference between two catalytic metals in a single reactor. Among the four zirconocene systems used, the most active dual functional catalytic system is [ Ti(On-Bu)(4)/AlEt3/Et(Ind)(2)ZrCl2/B(C6F5)(3)], its activity reaches 7.5 x 10(6) gPE/molZr(.)h. The density of obtained LLDPE is 0.89 g/cm(3) and 1-butene insertion rate 11.7 mol%.
