摘要
利用AUTOCAD绘制轮胎断面轮廓图和材料分布图 ;编写AUTOLISP程序实现CAD与ANSYS的接口 ;采用ANSYS有限元程序中的三维体单元、层单元建立的斜交轮胎 (9.0 0 2 0 16PR)的三维有限元模型可有效地用于轮胎的非线性有限元分析。
The techniques for developing 3-D finite element models of bias tire are presented. The plots of the bias tire section contour and the material distribution were drawn by means of AUTOCAD. AUTOLISP was used to perform the interface between CAD and ANSYS. A 3-D finite element model of a bias tire (9.00-20-16PR) was developed by using layer elements and solid elements to simulate the composite structure of the tire.
