摘要
采用含盐水溶液进行了两种类型的动态膜蒸馏实验 ,即间歇恒温操作和间歇降温操作。实验测定不同时刻 (不同浓度 )对应的纯水通量和蒸出质量累积值。同时建立了动态膜蒸馏过程的数学模型 ,模型预测值与恒温间歇操作实验结果吻合较好。对降温间歇操作中出现的实验现象进行了分析和讨论 。
Two kinds of MD experiment were carried out in the study, namely, batch operation with constant feed temperature and batch operation with decreasing feed temperature, in which salty solution was used as feed, and the water fluxes were measured at different time during the running. Additionally, a dynamic model was proposed to describe the process of batch operation with a constant feed temperature, and its prediction agrees tallied well with the result of our experiment. Based on the result of batch MD with decreasing feed temperature, it is proposed that batch operation should be adopted in the pilot plant of our project.
