以 3-三氟甲基苯为原料 ,在吸酸剂碳酸氢钠作用下与 2 -甲基丙酰氯反应得到 2 -甲基 - N - [( 3-三氟(甲基 )苯基 ]丙酰胺 。
An improved synthesis of flutamide using 3 trifluoromethyanilineas a starting material is described . Treatment of 3 trifluoromethylaniline with 2 methylprop inonyl chloride in the presence of anhydrous sodium bicarbonate as the hydrogen chloride acceptor gave 2 methyl N [(3 trifluoro methyl)phenyl]propionamide, which was nitrated at -2℃ with a fuming nitro sulfuric acid mixture to yield corresponding 2 methyl N [(4 nitro 3 trifluoromethyl)phenyl]propanamide.
