摘要
采用 Ti Cl4二次合成法 ,合成了不同钛含量的 Ti-ZSM-5分子筛 ,用 XRD,UV-Vis,XPS,IR等方法对分子筛进行了表征 ,XRD,XPS及 UV-Vis证明分子筛所载的钛进入分子筛骨架 ,但 IR却出现与文献报道不同的结果 :钛硅分子筛的 IR在 960 cm- 1 处没有吸收峰 ;同时利用该分子筛催化苯乙烯氧化反应 。
Ti ZSM 5 molecular sieves prepared by TiCl 4 isomorphous replacement were characterized by XRD, XPS, UV Vis and IR techniques. The results verified that all Ti atoms incorporate into the framework of zeolite . It was first found that the IR 960cm -1 bands were absent in these molecular sieves containing the framework titanium, which was different with the results in the recent literatures. At the same time, it was also found that the catalytic activities of Ti ZSM 5 rose with the increase of the Ti content in the oxidation of styrene.
