摘要
通过对合成全硅方钠石 (Si-SOD)溶胶的液体2 9SiNMR、IR光谱、紫外可见光谱 ,及其晶化产物的13CMASCPNMR和2 9SiNMR的研究表明 ,邻苯二酚在反应混合物中能和硅物种发生反应而生成硅 -邻苯二酚螯合物 .该螯合物在水热条件下是亚稳态的 ,它能缓慢释放出生成分子筛所需要的硅物种 ,使反应体系中的晶核始终处于数量较少状态 。
The role of pyrocatechol in the hydrothermal reaction mixture has been investigated by 29 Si-NMR, IR, and UV-vis spectroscopy, etc., and it was shown that silicon-pyrocatechol complex was formed in the reaction system. Based on experimental data and characterization, we suggested that the pyrocatechol played and important role for the synthesis of large single crystals of zeolites, which may be related to the interaction between pyrocatechol with silicon species in the reaction gels. The possible mechanism was proposed as follows: pyrocatechol could chelate silicon species in the system of original reaction mixtures to form intermediate of silicon pyrocatechol complex, which was metastable under the conditions of zeolites synthesis, making silicon species for synthesis of zeolites be given slowly. Thus the number of nuclei for the synthesis of zeolites was relatively small, and large single crystals were successfully prepared in the presence of pyrocatechol, as compared with those of reaction gels in the absence of pyrocatechol.
