摘要
研究了碳纳米管中各种不同形态的碳相在氢气氛下的甲烷化行为及其在碳纳米管纯化中的应用 .研究结果表明 ,不同稳定性的碳相在氢气氛下的起始甲烷化温度是不一样的 ,构成碳纳米管主体的六元环的碳 ,较之类似活性碳的杂形碳以及主要由五元环和七元环构成的碳纳米小颗粒 ,在氢气氛下是较为稳定的 .实验表明 。
The methanation of different carbonaceous phases under atmosphere of hydrogen and its utility in the purification of multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were studied. The results showed that the initial temperature of methanation is different for the carbonaceous phases with different stability. Furthermore, compared with impurity similar to active carbon (AC) and nanoparticles of pent atomic or hept atomic ring carbon, the hex atomic ring carbon is more stable under hydrogen flow. Therefore, the purification of the MWCNTs can be supervised on line by controlling the temperature of methanation and gas chromatography (GC) detection of the tail gas.
