摘要
用酸解法提取玉米秸中的混合单糖并用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)对糖的成份进行分析 ,其中木糖含量 10 18% ,果糖含量为 2 3% ,葡萄糖含量为 0 6 % .用原子吸收光谱法测定玉米秸中 12种无机元素的含量 .
Extracts mixed monosaccharide from corn-stalk by means of acidolysis and by using liquid chromalography makes an analysis of the saccharide composition in which the content of xylose is 1018%,the content of fructose is 23%,the content of glucose is 06%.This paper also determines the content of 12 inorganic elements in corn-stalk by using atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
