摘要
中原油田二气循环水系统补充水的硬度、碱度和Cl-1含量较高 ,存在严重结垢和腐蚀问题 ,采用新开发的碱性水处理药剂后 ,投加量为 2 5mg/L的情况下 ,清洗周期由原来的每半年一次延长到 1.5～ 2年 ,腐蚀速度可控制在 0 .0 7mm/a以下 。
When the newly developed alkaline water treatment chemicals were applied in the cooling water system of No. 2 gas processing plant of Zhongyuan Oil Field at a dosage of 25mg/L, the sash cycle was extended to 1.5～2 years from every six months, and the corrosion rate could be controlled lower than 0.07 mm/yr. Good profitability has been achieved.
