摘要
在实验室研究了废塑料聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚苯乙烯在不同温度段内的热裂解特性 ,并对这些废塑料混合物进行了分段热裂解。结果表明 ,在 180~ 32 0℃温度段 ,可脱除聚氯乙烯中的HCl;在 32 0~ 36 0℃温度段聚苯乙烯进行热裂解 ;在 36 0~ 40 0℃温度段聚丙烯进行热裂解 ,聚氯乙烯进行第二步热裂解 ;40 0~ 5 0 0℃温度段聚乙烯进行热裂解。据此 ,在不同温度段可获得具有较高价值的化工原料苯乙烯单体、轻质燃料油和重质燃料油 ,达到合理回收利用的目的。
The pyrolysis characteristics of waste plastics including polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene in different temperature ranges were studied in the laboratory. The pyrolysis results showed that polyvinyl chloride was partly pyrolyzed with HCl removal at a temperature of 180-320 ℃ and the remaining polyvinyl chloride was further pyrolyzed at 360-400 ℃. Polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene were pyrolyzed at 320-360 ℃, 360-400 ℃ and 400-500 ℃ respectively. The pyrolysis of the mixture of the individual plastics was also proceeded. Valuable products such as styrene monomer, light fuel oil and heavy fuel oil were obtained.
