摘要
针对目前常用脱砷方法和脱砷剂存在的问题 ,石油化工科学研究院开发了RAs 2 0脱砷剂。实验室和工业应用结果表明 ,RAs 2 0脱砷剂具有活性高、容砷量大、与环境友好的特点 ,可以广泛应用于汽油馏分的脱砷。大庆直馏汽油在反应压力 1.6MPa、反应温度 2 6 0~ 2 80℃、体积空速10~ 15h-1、氢油体积比 10 0的缓和条件下 ,脱砷率达到 99% ,对下游主催化剂可起到有效的保护作用。催速容砷试验结果表明 ,RAs 2 0脱砷剂容砷量达到 7.0 % ,可满足工业上长周期运转的需要。
The features of RAs 20 de arsenic agent developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and its commercial application were briefly summarized. The application result showed that RAs 20 possessed high arsenic removal activity as well as high arsenic tolerance. It can be widely applied in de arsenic process for straight run naphtha and naphtha mixture. The de arsenic removal rate reached 99% and the arsenic tolerance capacity reached 7.0% for Daqing straight run naphtha under mild operating conditions, such as a pressure of 1.6 MPa, a temperature range of 260-280 ℃, a volume space velocity range of 10-15 h -1 and a hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 100. RAs 20 can effectively protect the down stream catalyst and meet the requirement of long term running.
