摘要
为适应加工高硫原油 ;扩大原料来源 ,掺炼加氢焦化汽油 ;满足提高处理量的需要 ,安庆石化总厂在催化重整装置上应用了抚顺石油化工研究院研制的FDS 4A预加氢催化剂。 6 12d的运转结果表明 :在体积空速 6 .2 9h-1的条件下 ,可从含硫量 195 .3μg/g的原料油得到总硫含量小于0 .5 μg/g 的预加氢精制油 ,说明FDS 4A催化剂具有较高的脱硫活性 ,能满足重整装置由 15 0kt/a提高至 2 0 0kt/a扩能改造的需要 ;在体积空速 4.5 4~ 5 .2 5h-1的条件下 ,可以将原料油的氮含量从1.7~ 2 .8μg/g 脱至 0 .5 μg/g以下 ,说明FDS 4A催化剂具有较高的脱氮活性 ,对原料的适应能力较强 ;调整操作条件 ,在反应器入口温度为 30 5~ 30 9℃ ,体积空速为 2 .78~ 2 .85h-1的条件下 ,直馏石脑油中可掺炼 2 0 %~ 35 %的加氢焦化汽油作重整原料 ,扩大了装置的原料来源。
A prehydrogenation catalyst FDS 4A developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical has been used in the reformer of Anqing General Petrochemical Works for processing high sulfur content feedstock and hydrotreated coker naphtha blended feedstock. The 612d running showed that FDS 4A possessed high desulfurization and denitrogenation activities and good feedstock adaptability. The sulfur content reduced from 195.3 μg/g to less than 0.5μg/g at a volume space velocity of 6.29 h -1 . The nitrogen content reduced from 1.7-2.8 μg/g to less than 0.5 μg/g at a volume space velocity range of 4.54-5.25 h -1 . At a volume space velocity range of 2.78-2.85 h -1 with a reactor outlet temperature range of 305-309 ℃, straight run naphtha blended with 20%-35% hydrotreated coker naphtha could be used for reformer feedstock. The unit capacity could also be expanded from 150 kt/a to 200 kt/a by using FDS 4A.
