摘要
以 2 丙烯酰胺基 2 甲基丙磺酸 (AMPS) /丙烯酰胺 (AM ) /衣康酸 (IA)三元共聚物作为降滤失剂 ,研究了2 2 0℃老化前后淡水泥浆和盐水泥浆的中压滤失量和流变性能 ,考察了高温老化前后淡水泥浆粒度分布的变化 ,并与其它几种聚合物的泥浆性能进行了对照 。
The performance properties of 2 acrylamido 2 methyl 1 propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)/acrylamide(AM)/itaconic acid(IA) terpolymer were studied experimentally in comparison with typical filtrate loss reducers. Following characteristics were determined: filtrate loss and rheologic characteristics of fresh and salt water bentonite muds and average bentonite particle size in fresh water mud before and after rolling at 220℃ over 16 hrs. These experimental data showed that AMPS/AM/IA tercopolymer is an excellent filtrate loss reducer for bentonite muds of high temperature and high salinity. The mechanisms involved in mud stabilization by this tercopolymer were discussed.
