摘要
介绍了国内汽、柴油质量标准的演变及将要执行的“世界燃油规范”Ⅱ、Ⅲ类标准 ,以沿海某千万吨级炼油厂为例 ,定量分析了新的汽、柴油质量标准对炼油企业效益的影响程度 ,得出了相关结论 。
The paper introduces the evolution of quality standards set for petrol and diesel oil used domestically,as well as the related second and third standards of the'World Fuel Criterion'to be adopted in China A coastal 10 million ton refinery is taken as an example to introduce the international standards for petrol and diesel oil The author conducts quantitative analyses on the effect of the new international standards on economic returns of the refinery Based on the analyses,the author draws conclusions and puts forward his suggestions accordingly
