摘要
本文叙述了采用溶液干渣气氛法直接测定工艺过程中15种纯净稀土氧化物(氧化镧、氧化铈、氧化镨、氧化钕、氧化钐、氧化铕、氧化钆、氧化铽、氧化镝、氧化钬、氧化铒、氧化铥、氧化镱、氧化镥和氧化钇)中其他稀土杂质的光谱分析方法。进行交流电弧激发时,置样品电极于石英旋流气室中,通入氩氧比为4:1、总流量3L/min混合气体,电流8A,曝光时间60s。方法回收率87%—114%。RSD≤15%,测定下限1.00100μg/g。本法操作简便、快速、准确,便于厂矿推广应用。
In this article, a method is described for the determination of other REE impurities in the 15 individual REE(La, Ce, Pr, Nd. Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y) oxides by the control atmosphere spectrochemical method. During A, C. arc (8A) excitation for 60s, a gas mixture of argon and oxygen (4:1) with a flow rate 3 L/min is passed through the cyclonic gas chamber of silica glass, in which the electrodes are located. The recovery of other REE impurities in the 15 individual pure rare earth oxides are 87%-114%, RSD≤l.5%. The detection limits are 1. 00-100 μg/g. This method is simple, fast and perfect, and can be widely applied to the practical sample analysis.
