摘要
结合某一氧化铜矿搅拌浸出 -萃取 -电积工艺生产阴极铜的实例 ,介绍了该工艺的主要工序和设备 ,以及生产操作和主要技术经济指标 ,同时对搅拌浸出和堆浸两种浸出工艺进行了初步的技术经济可行性比较。该厂的生产实践表明 ,搅拌浸出 -萃取 -电积工艺对处理品位高。
In the light of a practical example of using agitation leaching solvent extraction electrowinning process for production of cathode copper from copper oxide ores,the main operation stages,equipment,technical and economical parameters and key operation measures of this process are introduced A comparison between agitation and heap leachings in regard to technical and economical feasibility has been made The practical production has shown that considerable economic benefits are gained when this process is used to treat the copper oxide ores with high grade and a large amount of slime
