超高台阶排土场稳定的新机制与实践 被引量:5

摘要 针对影响排土场稳定的软土基底、泥石流、水等三大灾患 ,研究了当前排土场工程的极限堆高计算公式、泥石流的以治为本控制对策、水的疏排为主治理策略的不足与缺陷 ;提出了与排土场表土基底作用机制相适应的超高台阶排土场堆高新的计算体系 ;提出了以控制泥石流料源———微细颗粒为核心的扼制泥石流新思路 ;提出了建设排土场底部泄流体的原理与技术。在厂坝七架沟、南芬庙儿沟两个超大型的亿立方米级排土场予以成功实践 ;增高扩容、大幅度节省占地 ,有效地扼制了排土场泥石流 ;建成我国第一个排土场底部泄流体 ,控制排土场水。实现经济效益分别为 1 85亿元、10 In the light of three great kinds of dumping site disaster,which are involved in soft soil base,mud rock flow and water,the shortcomings of limit pile up height calculation,mud rock flow control way and drainage strategy for present dumping sites are studied in this paper A new calculating system of pile up height that accommodate mechanism of surface soil base of high bench damping site,a new thought of controlling mud rock flow resource-minute particles and the mechanism and technology for construction of a sluiceway of dumping site are put forward By using this technology,two super large dumping sites with a capacity of over 1×10 8m 3,respectively in Qijiagou openpit,Changba and in Miaoergou openpit,Nanfen,have been built successfully As a result of their increased heights and capacities,the occupied fields are decreased and mud rock flow is controlled effectively The first sluiceway of dumping site in our country have been built and water flow of dumping site controlled In two openpits,profits of 0 185 billion and 1 08 billion yuan have been gotten respectively
