摘要
本文研究了采用精馏反应器由乙二胺与环氧乙烷合成羟乙基乙二胺的工程问题。并通过动力学探讨,提出了适合该反应类型的气液精馏反应器结构.应用这种反应器,可使羟乙基乙二胺收率由釜式反应器的60%提高到85%.
The article deals with the topic that N-β-Hydroxyethylenediamineis synthesized from ethylenediamine and ethylene oxide by a distillationcolumn reactor for pump.The structure of a gas-liquid distillation columnreactor is given suitable for the false reactor.The yield of NβHydroxyethyle-nediamine can be increased from the yield of sixty percentby the still reactor to that of eighty-five percent by the above reactor.
