覆岩离层注浆充填保护地面高压线路试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 采用覆岩离层充填控制地表沉陷技术对济宁二号煤矿 4 30 2工作面开采保护地面高压线路进行了试验研究 .针对工作面地质和采矿技术条件 ,设计了合理的覆岩离层充填实施方案 ,包括注浆站、注浆井、注浆管路、注浆运行系统及工艺流程 .通过对地表及高压线杆移动观测站数据进行分析 ,得出覆岩离层充填后的地表下沉曲线、地表减沉率以及高压线杆的下沉与偏斜值 .试验结果表明 ,覆岩离层充填后地表减沉效果明显 ,高压线杆偏斜均未超过其允许限差 。 In order to protect high power lines by use of the technology for controlling surface subsidence by grouting separated strata in overburden, the mining face No.4302 at Jining Mine No.2 was selected as the test research place. The plan of grouting separated strata in overburden was designed on basis of the geological and mining condition of this mining face. The plan included grouting station, grouting well, grouting pipeline, grouting running system and technological process. Through analyzing the data obtained from observation station of surface and high power line movement, the surface subsidence curve, the reducing subsidence coefficient and the subsidence and deflection value of high power line were gained. The test results showed that the effect of reducing surface subsidence was notable and the deflection of the pole for high power lines did not exceed its allowable limit error. The high power line is working normally.
