摘要
探讨充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素的变化及其临床意义。通过对 80例充血性心力衰竭患者 ( CHF)进行治疗前后甲状激素测定 ,并与 30例对照组进行相应比较。发现 CHF患者T3降低 ,且降低程度与心功能分级有关 ,治疗后甲状腺素水平上升。因此 ,甲状腺激素水平可作为心力衰竭患者程度。
Objective: To discuss the change of the thyroid gland hormone and its clinical value to the patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: Measuring the thyroid gland hormone in the 80 cases of CHF before and after treatment and comparing the result with 30 cases of control group. Results: T3 level of CHF patients decreased and was connected with heart function. The level of thyroid gland hormone was higher after treatment. Conclusion: thyroid gland hormone level could be regarded as the reference target of the degree, treatment and prognosis for the patients.
